Create a HOPE Tree
September 11 is the perfect day to create a HOPE Tree in your Community
This 9/11, show your local First Responders how much their service to your community means to you.
HOPE Trees are a way to grow hope and send a message of support and healing to the people who protect and serve us: our fire fighters, police officers, EMT’s, 911 call center operators, doctors, nurses.
This coming Labor Day weekend is the perfect time to create Stars of HOPE with friends and family. Each box of HOPE contains 15 unpainted wooden stars enough stars for one HOPE tree!
This is a perfect project for people of all ages.
- Order a Box of HOPE.
- Sit down with friends and family over the Labor Day weekend and paint messages of HOPE and inspiration on the stars. Let them dry and brush polyurethane on them.
- Tie with ribbon- loop through the hole and leave at least 18 inches per side to hang.
- Take your steps ladder to your community location, ask for permission, and tie them on the tree!
- Send us your pictures, videos and stories.
