My favorite NYSTY experience was the very 1st trip I attended in 2006 in Indiana. I was so overwhelmed with emotion at how the community came together with all of the volunteers to help rebuild Baker Chapel so quickly. On the last day, at the closing ceremony, my new lifelong friend Judy Shelton gave me her personal silver bracelet that I had admired earlier in the week. It’s engraved with the parable of the Mustard seed…..”the faith of a mustard seed can move a mountain, Nothing is impossible!”
